Tulip Media Ltd. is a film financing and television-packaging boutique managed by well-known media executive, Todd P. Leavitt. Mr. Leavitt is the co-creator and packager of "MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES' CLUB", a syndicated television game show distributed nation-wide which has just launched its second season and, through the financial engineering of Tulip Media, has gven away more prize money in its first season than any other program in television history.The company has packaged elements for the feature film "Thomas and the Magic Railroad"; the Lifetime original telefilm, "Quadroon Ball" starring Vanessa L. Williams; VH1's first film for television, "Two of Us" starring Aiden Quinn; and "Virtual Mom" starring Debbie Reynolds, which premiered on Nickelodeon. The reality-based relationship television series "Alaskamen" is owned and was developed by Tulip Media. Tulip Media has also  represented the merchandising and licensing activities of the Ray Charles Marketing Group. Tulip Media is the exclusive entertainment industry consultant for Scientific Games Inc., a market leader in the lottery/gaming space. Tulip Media's multi-national clients have included: Britt Allcroft Company (UK); Winchester Films (UK-non-executive director); Mirror Group/ Live TV (UK); Zenith Productions (UK); Media Drop-In Productions (US-Director); TViFusion; Bluetorch Television; Vin DiBona Productions; and various television networks and programming services.

Leavitt served a three-year term as President of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Television Academy. The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences is the leading membership trade association of working professionals from all disciplines of television production and distribution. The Television Academy is responsible for the administration and awarding of the Emmy® Awards, television’s most prestigious accolade. Leavitt entered into long-term licensing arrangements for the Emmy Awards resulting in over $50 million in incremental revenue. Leavitt also arranged for distribution of the awards program in over 150 international territories, including a landmark arrangement with China, where Leavitt has been invited to lecture on numerous occasions. Leavitt continues to serve the Academy as a member/judge of its Television Honors Committee.

Before establishing Tulip Media, Leavitt served as Chairman of the Alliance Television Group and supervised all television production and distribution activities on behalf of Alliance Communications Corporation, the leading Canadian entertainment organization. During his tenure at Alliance, Leavitt was responsible for increasing production volume four-fold to an aggregate of $200mm per year. Among other projects, Leavitt arranged financing for David Cronenberg's "Crash", John Woo's "Once a Thief", "Blackjack" starring Dolph Lundgren, "Gridlock" starring David Hasselhoff, and “Louisa May Alcott's ‘The Inheritance’”, a fully-sponsored event telefilm for the CBS Television Network, financed by Kraft Foods.

From 1990 through 1995, Leavitt was Executive Vice President of NBC Studios, the in-house production arm of the NBC Television Network, where he was responsible for supervision of all day-to-day business operations. During his tenure at NBC, Leavitt played a pivotal role in the financing and distribution of programs such as "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and "Saved by the Bell", as well as achieving worldwide recognition as an expert in international film financing. In pursuance of the latter activities, Leavitt was responsible for over $100mm of structured production financing arrangements, as well as major international co-productions of projects such as Danielle Steel's “Jewels,” and Barbara Taylor Bradford's “Remember.”

Before joining NBC, Todd Leavitt had been Executive Vice President of Reeves Entertainment Group. Among his other entertainment industry positions, Leavitt was Chief Operating Officer of D.L. Taffner Ltd., and worldwide head of program acquisitions for CBS/Fox Video. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and received a law degree from the New York University School of Law.

Leavitt has lectured extensively on all aspects of film, television and new media at institutions such as UCLA School of Law, NYU Stern School of Business, AFI Enhanced Television Institute, and has served as a judge at the Shanghai Television Festival. He served two years as Vice-Chair of IFTA (formerly the American Film Marketing Association) and was recipient of the Tom Dowd Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florida Bar Association. Most recently, Leavitt served on the Board of Directors of the British Academy of Film and Television-Los Angeles and co-chaired  its Television Committee.
